Goals & Opportunities
Since this was a highly requested feature from our customers, I had plenty of research at my disposal to understand how it should work.
Additionally, this project presented an opportunity in disguise. With no product manager assigned, I had the freedom to develop my management skills and shape the feature into everything I envisioned.
Prototyping
When designing this project, I had to address various statuses, functionalities, and animations. To achieve this, I created widgets and components within our design system to ensure consistent patterns that could be reused throughout the Jeeves platform.
Background
When I joined Jeeves, we already had a card experience where users could view all their corporate cards, but its functionalities were very limited. At one point, it was decided to remove it from the platform, a decision that impacted our customers, who provided constructive feedback advocating for its return.
The updated page now allows users to track their corporate card expenses more effectively, while admins can monitor not only their own expenses but also those of other employees.
